小时候不小心打碎碗时，爷爷奶奶会说上一句“岁岁平安”。“穗穗平安”是“岁岁平安”的另一种期许的表达。“穗”-禾穗、麦穗意味着丰收，“穗”板材以废弃陶瓷骨料再生为基础，收获的是一种新鲜的美，以及心灵的慰藉。

When I accidentally broke the bowl in my childhood, my grandparents would say, “Happy Dumpling”. “Happy Dumpling” is another expected expression of “Everlasting peace year after year”. “Ear”-“Ear of grain”means harvest, the plate material of “ear” takes recycled aggregate of waste ceramics as the foundation, and gets the fresh beauty and spiritual comfort.

To contend with the challenges facing the world including climate change and exhaustion of natural resources, sustainable development is increasingly becoming the solution to global problems in the 21st century.

在中国广东潮州，陶瓷产业的急剧发展伴随着陶瓷废品量增加，而作为世界 70% 日用陶瓷的母体，全球最大的日用瓷生产基地，其背后所产生废弃陶瓷的数量难以想象！仅一个潮安废瓷回收加工厂每年回收废瓷就有 1000 多吨，这不仅是潮州陶瓷行业的一个截面，更是全球经济发展不平均的后遗症。这是中国的垃圾，更是世界的垃圾。

In Chaozhou, Guangdong of China, the rapid development of the ceramic industry is accompanied with the increase in the amount of ceramic waste, and Chaozhou supplies 70% of the total daily-use ceramic commodity for the world, becoming the world’s largest daily-use ceramics production base, it is hard to imagine the number of wasted ceramics behind the production! A recycling plant in Chao’an recovers 1,000 tons of waste ceramics per year. This is not only a cross section of ceramics industry in Chaozhou, but also the aftereffect of uneven global economic development. This is the garbage of China as well as the world.

可持续发展不仅仅是环境问题，而且更是一种全面认识和决策的方法，是由安全性、耐久性、实用性和经济可行性、环境相容性和社会责任所组成。

Sustainable development is not only an environmental issue, but also an approach to comprehensive understanding and decision-making, consisting of security, durability, practicality and economic feasibility, environmental compatibility and social responsibility.

在探索是否有更多可能性的路上，我们继续前行。从资源可获取性、技术和经济可行性、环境相容性等要素出发，将不能降解与难以二次利用的日用废瓷粉碎重新利用，经过不断配比的材料实验，我们以约 40％ 的回收日用废瓷与调配的高性能混凝土混合，进行批量化生产。

We keep on moving along the way to explore whether there are more possibilities. From the point of view of resource availability, technical and economic feasibility, environmental compatibility and other factors, the wasted daily-use ceramics which can’t be degraded and re-used are smashed for reuse. After the experiment of constant proportion of material, we mix the recycled wasted daily-use ceramics of about 40% with the high-performance concrete prepared, and carry out mass production.

墙地面装饰是建筑材料使用量最大的材料之一，我们通过庞大需求的角度将再生材料介入其中，才能真真正正将不可降解的陶瓷消耗掉，真切地影响到社会现实。

Wall and floor decoration materials are the largest part of building materials. From the perspective of huge demand, we  involve recycled materials into it, so as to truly consume non-biodegradable ceramics and make the real impact on social reality.

我们提供两种骨料搭配样式，一种由八个颜色构成，废瓷随意散落充满张力，适合墙面使用；另一种由四个颜色构成，将废弃的日用瓷更细致粉碎分类，再进行大小颗粒配比，表面瓷粒错落有致分布、细致紧密，防污性能更优异，更适合地面使用，可以满足各类空间的搭配需求，而再生材料以产品为载体重新进入我们的日常，是我们实验的终极目标。

We provide two kinds of aggregate collocation style, of which one is made up of 8 colors, wasted ceramics are scattered freely and full of tension, suitable for wall use; the other one is made up of 4 colors, the wasted daily-use ceramics are smashed and classified in a more careful manner, and then carried out the the size and particle proportion, the ceramics particles on the surface are well-proportioned, firm and fine-grained, more excellent in the anti-pollution performance, more suitable for ground use, which can meet the needs of all kinds of space collocation. It is also the ultimate goal of our experiment to make the recycled material reenter our daily life with the product as the carrier.
