户型分析

原始户型是传统的三房一厅一卫的格局，空间比较封闭。拐角较多，利用率不高。

考虑从公区为切入点，释放空间。

以前老式户型优势在于可改性较大，框架结构，考虑打开空间，释放客餐厅空间

提升公区的舒适度，弱化原来进门柱子的形态，形成空间亮点。进而提升空间的

整体视觉感官，再而提升立面整体性，强化公区空间。

形成空间功能跟视觉感官提升。
