Alexis Dornier | 拥抱自然的声符之家

Alexis Dornier was born in Germany in 1981 and grew up under the constant influence of aviation and engineering. After exploring the field of public relations and advertising, he studied architecture at the University of the Arts in Berlin and kungligatekniskahögskolan in Stockholm. From 2004 to 2007, he worked as an asymptote building in New York City, an architect of oma-ny and rex.

The design stems from the desire to convert the construction of a single acoustic wave into an overall architectural pose that will define the quality of the interior and exterior spaces of the home.

这间三卧室度假屋是一位音乐家作曲家，拥有150平方米的阁楼空间，位于二楼，俯瞰着郁郁葱葱的绿色稻田和椰子树。房子的最小外壳增强了周围景观的全景体验。

This 3-bedroom holiday home is a musician composer with 150 square meters of attic space on the second floor overlooking the lush green rice fields and coconut trees. The smallest enclosure of the house enhances the panoramic experience of the surrounding landscape.

“Because it feels like inside the instrument”, most of the interior surfaces appear as wooden patterned surfaces. The ceiling is lowered in the same way to improve the acoustics and to indicate the entrance as a gesture. This element adds space to the engraving, internal experience, and no structural excess.

The iterative process of manipulating the curves of a single line in plane and elevation begins to articulate a multi-planar space in which the ground plane and the roof landscape are directly intertwined.

Alexis Dornier于2008年创立了他的工业设计公司M AD LIMITED，并以他的论文“池子”毕业，获得了着名的“2009年最大拉力奖”。 

Alexis Dornier founded his industrial design company M AD LIMITED in 2008 and graduated with his thesis “Chi Zi”, and won the prestigious “2009 Rally Award”.
