绿地130平户型是比较好的一个户型，动静分区合理，主卧室带衣帽间，次卧和书房面积都不小，客厅和餐厅独立的面积都不大，外带一个前置花园。
客户喜欢现代轻奢风，要求客餐厅一体化设计，无主灯设计，电视背景墙要简约大气，公卫最好能干湿分区，使用起来个不相扰。
调整后的方案，把公卫洗漱柜做到公共区域，把淋浴区独立起来，客餐厅一体化拉通处理，厨房采用开放式设计，外加水吧台，释放厨房的活动空间，主卧室设计七字型衣帽间，飘窗空间释放给主卧室空间使用，观景阳台落地窗往花园扩。

客厅铺贴60*1.2米通体大理石砖，岩板茶几，现代科技布沙发，简洁大气易打理，无主灯设计，暗藏式灯槽，搭配黑色金属条修饰顶部，点线面完美融合。电视背景墙使用近些年比较流行的岩板，和次卧室的门连通在一起，隐藏式处理。
