绿地130平户型是比较好的一个户型，动静分区合理，主卧室带衣帽间，次卧和书房面积都不小，客厅和餐厅独立的面积都不大，外带一个前置花园。
客户喜欢现代轻奢风，要求客餐厅一体化设计，无主灯设计，电视背景墙要简约大气，公卫最好能干湿分区，使用起来个不相扰。
调整后的方案，把公卫洗漱柜做到公共区域，把淋浴区独立起来，客餐厅一体化拉通处理，厨房采用开放式设计，外加水吧台，释放厨房的活动空间，主卧室设计七字型衣帽间，飘窗空间释放给主卧室空间使用，观景阳台落地窗往花园扩。

客厅铺贴60*1.2米通体大理石砖，岩板茶几，现代科技布沙发，简洁大气易打理，无主灯设计，暗藏式灯槽，搭配黑色金属条修饰顶部，点线面完美融合。电视背景墙使用近些年比较流行的岩板，和次卧室的门连通在一起，隐藏式处理。
The living room is paved with 60*1.2-meter marble bricks, rock tea table, modern technology cloth sofa, simple atmosphere and easy care, no main lamp design, hidden lamp slot, decorated with black metal strips at the top, and points, lines and surfaces are perfectly integrated. The TV background wall is made of rock plate which is popular in recent years, and it is connected with the door of the secondary bedroom for hidden treatment.
