前言

户型解析：原始结构户型整体动静分区清晰，一梯一户，过道处可以放置独立的更换区，观景阳台直面一线江景非常安逸，公卫门直接和次卧门相对，厨房的空间不够大。

Analysis of the house type: the original structure of the house type as a whole is clear dynamic partitioning, one staircase and one household, the aisle can be placed at the independent replacement area, the viewing balcony directly facing a line of river view is very comfortable, the public bathroom door is directly opposite to the second bedroom door, the kitchen space is not large enough.

户型图

原始结构户型整体动静分区清晰，一梯一户，过道处可以放置独立的更换区，观景阳台直面一线江景非常安逸，公卫门直接和次卧门相对，厨房的空间不够大。

厨房区域借用生活阳台部分空间扩大整个操作台面，生活阳台一半空间作为洗衣晾晒区，厨房的门采用非传统隐形门，整个次卧墙面和厨房门拉通处理，采用展示柜、护墙板、隐形门一体化处理。次卧门改位让其与公卫门错开，主卧室飘窗打掉，预留衣帽间空间。

客厅

客厅满顶无主灯设计，简洁大气，灯源的布置考虑到每一个采光点，电视背景墙用爵士白岩板搭配开放格展示柜。空调出风口回风口全部加长处理，黑色金属格栅增添了空间装饰。回风口顶面安装线性灯，使用感应递进点亮模式，给入户增加仪式感。The living room is designed with a full ceiling and no main lights, simple and atmospheric, the arrangement of light sources takes into account every lighting point, the TV backdrop is made of jazzy white rock panels with open lattice display cabinets. The air conditioning vents are all lengthened and the black metal grille adds decoration to the space. Linear lights are installed on the top surface of the air return vents, using an induction progressive lighting mode to add a sense of ritual to the home.

客厅空间：60*1.2米大板砖通铺，整个客餐厅阳台拉通，简约爵士白岩板餐桌，搭配金属脚，简洁大气上档次。Living room space: 60*1.2m large slate tiles through, the whole living and dining room balcony pull through, simple jazz white rock slate dining table, with metal legs, simple atmosphere upscale.

餐厅

餐厅和客厅拉通处理，整个空间的通透感加强，爵士白岩板餐桌，皮质金属脚撞色餐椅子，轻奢感十足！

厨房

厨房隐形门：厨房门和整个墙面护墙板一体化设计，关起是和整个墙面形成一个整体，从视觉上形成一个整面，装饰整个墙面，展示柜采用玻璃门，搭配灯管渲染氛围，增添几分温馨。

卧室

主卧室增加七字型衣帽间，衣柜背板采用木饰面做装饰，整体不会显得突兀，自然过渡增加柜子侧面修饰。衣帽间部门使用玻璃门，搭配灯光，不仅能够储物还能做展示。
