本案是精装房，对于80后买房子已花了不少，已是硬装大部分保留了，局部改造配软装家具。
色彩元素分析/ COLOR ELEMENT ANALYSIS
本案将高级灰延续到了每一个空间，搭配上低高度色的蓝色黄色，营造出沉稳而不失灵动的家具特色。
灰度色是最美丽最神秘的颜色，它那丰富的层次感和色彩感令人陶醉，作为彻底的中性色，它依靠邻近色的色彩获得生命。衬托出高贵典雅的气质和含而不露的修养。它天生富有低调的气质，是百搭的基本色。
充满愉悦之感的蓝色黄色，将之调制五十度的低高度色。用这样的色彩来装饰家居，并给人以稳重、大气、充满正能量的感觉。

本案是新的精装房，原格局方方正正，各个房间采光通风也挺好，户型没啥毛病。
设计师特喜欢三口之家其乐融融的样子，紧张快节奏的都市生活下，回家之后能卸下疲惫，享受家给予我们的舒适时光，已是打通了入户、书房、衣帽间做了百叶门，不管在哪个公共空间，一家三口都可以互动，既可以私密，视觉上也可以扩大各个空间，采光通风也翻倍。

Designers especially like the happy appearance of a family of three. Under the tense and fast-paced urban life, they can take off their fatigue and enjoy the comfortable time given by home. They have opened the door to the house, study and cloakroom.
