厨房和餐厅空间完全推翻，进行重新建立。厨房改造为敞开式厨房，扩大了面积，游走于厨房，动线流畅，宽敞舒适。
两面L型的橱柜，将中厨和西厨明确划分。不同类别的餐具摆放也可得心应手。西厨的吧台又将厨房和餐厅划分，吧台的功能性既服务于厨房，又服务于餐厅。厨房到餐厅再到客厅和阳台，开放式的空间，一排流畅的动线，给这个家带来舒适的空间感。
将玄关空间整合，扩大后的玄关可以放下美式的壁炉，又增加了柜子的储物空间。

客厅追求自由和舒适，没有太多的束缚，墙面被刷成迤逦的灰蓝色，加上简约的线条，造就了美式休闲式的浪漫。因为北面还有80㎡的外平台，南阳台就做成景观阳台，以拱形门洞与客厅空间互通，扩大了客厅的视觉感受，也保证了充足的采光。角落放上业主喜爱的花花草草，高低错落。花草簇拥在一起，客厅就有了生气，浓厚的田园风情在家中弥漫开来。

古董式的家具，承载了纯正的美式气息。为避免空间过于沉闷，我们搭配了美国经典的千鸟格元素。从时代的熔炉里被提炼的千鸟格，在上世纪的美国，备受潮流界的追捧。经过历史的轮回，千鸟格复古又不失俏皮。设计师用它来点缀家居空间，契合了空间的复古气息，又缓和了美式家具厚的气氛。

拆掉了开发商原有的阳台门，改为大拱形门洞。景观阳台被充分利用起来，设计书桌在一角，采光十分充足。

黑白的照片墙，是上世纪美式风格的缩影。浓厚的美国西部气息，复古、小资又带着点不羁。精心排列的照片墙，在家中总是最吸睛的存在。

卧室以简约大方为主。空间刷成了温柔的奶茶色，打造安静温馨的氛围。床头的壁灯或不可缺。精致的小铜灯，透过布艺的灯罩，在夜间晕出微黄的光芒，整个空间变得柔软起来。

双卫生间的户型，客卫设计了冲淋区，主卫就安排了浴缸。以雕花腰线为分界，将不同的小砖衔接起来。为了保留复古感，采用了手工砌的浴缸和台面。
