这是一个旧房改造的项目，所以很多结构是不能改动的，并且邱邱小姐姐也是不打算重新刷漆和换地板的，因此就出现了了许多的弊端，所以施工起来还是有点难度的，设计师在做方案时每个空间和细节都是经过反复推敲，所以在邱邱小姐姐对接方案时是一次通过的，但是在采购上就不是那么如意了，我们大家居然被一个沙发搞得团团转，不过后来终于还是解决了，也都跟着舒了一口长长的气，好在所有的一切也都完美落地了。

卧室突然跳脱了外面的色彩，选用了现在非常受欢迎的墨绿色。白色的纱窗帘，采光的同时保护了隐私。整个卧室给人的感觉就是清新自然，在这样的环境入睡，应该是很安心的。

这套作品我形容为不一样的美式，因为说起简美风格，很多人会有不同的看法，几个关键词是：简约、温馨、浪漫、大气，当然也有贬义标签就是烂大街，如何将美的标签继续下去，并做一些提升与改良，将它做成新概念经典美式风，设计师也是花了很多心思，局部的线条点缀，加强线条的立体感。与新美式风来一场完美邂逅吧，方正开阔的空间避免繁杂线条与多余物品，当居住者身处其中能感受到空间开扬洗炼、明亮采光萦绕。
