增加一点墙体，改善85平空间格局

户型：两居室 面积：80-90平米 风格：现代简约 预算：20-30万

前言

项目对北京南四环一座公寓中的居住单元进行了改造。业主希望获得“宽敞明亮的空间”和“尽量多的储物空间”，尽管这两个要求乍看一下有些相互矛盾，但这正是所有人都想要的。为了在有限的建筑空间内满足业主的需求，设计将关注重点放在了空间背后的三个要素上。

室内空间一览

– “空腔”：装修时从结构上架起的基座中会有许多空腔，当其没有被设置在需要的位置时，便产生了大量空间的浪费。
– “储物空间占地”：衣柜等固定储物家具的空间占用率很高。
– “规则的框架结构”：空间中的新建墙影响室内平面的设计。
基于以上三点，设计师尝试将这三个元素整合在一起，增加一个玄关空间，在空间中隐藏这些新建墙体的存在。

入口

▼这个卫生间不过4.5平米，容纳了浴室柜/马桶/淋浴房/洗衣机/这四个功能，最惊喜能有个超大浴室柜。用木头吊顶是为了跟大部分家庭用的金属吊顶做个区别，吊顶是用桑拿板木工师傅现场做的，特意为了配这个颜色定制了浴室柜，This toilet is only 4.5 square meters, accommodating the bathroom cabinet / toilet / shower room / washing machine / the four functions. The best surprise can have a large bathroom cabinet. The wooden ceiling is used to make a difference from the metal ceiling of most families. The ceiling is made by the sauna board woodworking master, and the bathroom cabinet is specially designed to match this color.
