本案例是一户一家四口常住的居住需求，业主年龄在30+左右，一对儿女，空间常态化居住需要既能够有一些家庭互动，也希望每个人都有独立私密的空间，设计师通过整合这些需求，给这个186平米的复式做了很好的功能布局规划。

原户型为186平挑高复式空间，三开间朝南，得房率高。根据家庭成员的居住要求和生活习惯，我们将挑高部分进行了搭建，满足了一家四口及老人等三代同堂的居住要求，配置了四间独立卧室，同时动静分离。对于大户型来讲，空间感及采光缺一不可，一层作为客餐厅等公共区域，将厨房，阳台全部打通，做敞开式设计，这样可以容纳多家庭成员的互动活动，彼此之间在做各自事情的同时，也可以无障碍交流，加深彼此之间的融洽关系，同时大面积的落地玻璃窗无阻挡地将阳光洒进来，温暖一室。

如果觉得空间沉闷，选用炙热的红色，一定能给空间别样的感受；厨房的红色柜子，饱和度非常高，在空间里面既跳跃又稳重，日子可以平淡，但是不能少了色彩。

楼梯的旁边是一个卫生间，做了干湿分离，将干区放在走廊的尽头，既能装饰空间，也增加空间的功能性。在这个维度的空间里面，多次纳入线条灯光氛围，让原本采光相对弱的区域，增加一些生动之处。
